Antique Victorian bug collection specimen box, untouched and unused despite its 150 years. Bright color lithography cover picturing diminutive insect collectors, the same size as the beetle which would inhabit the box — as if the memory of its collection dwelled inside with it. A wonderful piece of Victorian ephemera capturing the curiosity and imagination of childhood.
