Sold: Skeletal Foot
Plaster medical life-size model of the bone structure of the human foot, c. 1920s. Detailed representation with hand-painted features. A few cracks in the plaster reveal the skeletal foot’s own iron skeleton underneath (see above the heel). Some paint loss and damage to plaster, but these only add to the vintage patina of this antique medical teaching tool. Made by the Denoyer-Geppert Company, Chicago, Illinois.
