Description

Set of six Edwardian sterling silver place card holders for table settings, c. 1910. Used to indicate the seating arrangements for a dinner party, each intricate web is centered on a spider with prongs that would hold up the guest’s printed name. A rare form to ensnare your friends in your dinner party web or perhaps even to repurpose as jewelry.

Condition

Overall good condition. One is missing its rear wire leg (an easy fix by a jeweler or, better still, with a paperclip).

Measurements

Each 2.25 inches tall
