Salesman Sample Boots

Description

Collection of early miniature salesman sample rubber boots. Finger-sized, with the smallest at just three inches tall. Given the ephemeral composition, these are rare survivors dating from a period of innovative footwear design with what was then a novel material.

Condition

Varying degrees of fossilized rubber with expected wear, some cracking, minor losses.

5.25 x 3 inches (largest); 3 x 1.75 inches (smallest).
