Pocket postage stamp holder / silver / c. 1890s

Antique miniature case for postage stamps engraved on both sides with the two-cent George Washington stamp introduced in 1894. Likely coin silver. In lieu of postage stamps, the piece would make a good pillbox or even a photo locket.

Good antique condition.
