Sold: Parcheesi Board
Antique hand-drawn and colored parcheesi board, c. 1920s. The board has seen many a game, as documented on its reverse side, which bears dozens and dozens of signatures, presumably all of the players who played the game on this board (and perhaps those that its creator bested). The homemade game board is made of a very light wood, apparently pine and originally an architectural panel. A charming and unusual folk art game board with its own written history.
Condition
Good condition, with several chips in the well-played board, one hairline split that extends several inches, and general wear from use.
