Antique colorful tin souvenir of Maine, c. 1920s. The tin is cut in the shape of the state of Maine depicting the many facets of the Way Life Ought to Be. Downeast lobsters, swimmers on York Beach, flyfishing, inland industry, and potato farming are all depicted in jigsaw like shapes, each mapping the state in fragment of a picture-postcard image. Great color and vintage graphics, and a rare souvenir from Vacationland.

Excellent antique condition with minor bends in the tin.
