Depicting one of the many long lost hotels in the Catskills, this rendering of the Linden Lawn Hotel likely once hung in its lobby. With hand-painted and collage elements, it appears to be a photographic enlargement of the hotel’s postcard. The piece is in its original painted frame which has aged to an alligator finish.

Good. Professionally reframed with new backing.
