Handy Duster

Description

Knotwork duster with hand-carved handle terminating in a fist, c. mid-19th century. Likely sailor-made based on the exacting craftsmanship and style. The hand is emblazoned with an “S” on the reverse. Displays well hanging from a hook as intended.
