Sold: Hand Bottle

Figural bottle in the form of a hand  / glass / c. 1880s

Antique molded clear glass bottle in the form of a hand, c. late 19th century. An unusual form that I’ve never encountered before. The bottle remains uncleaned as found, which makes the transparent glass more visible in photographs, but could easily be cleaned. Likely the sculptural bottle originally contained medicine, though its handy remedy is lost to time.

Very good antique condition.
