Description

Early elaborate cast iron mirror in wonderful original paint, c. 1840s. Held aloft by two ladies, the mirror retains its original aged silvered glass with wood slat backing. A rare survivor with a lovely timeworn patina.

 

Condition

Very good with beautiful depth to de-silvered clouded and spotted mirror.
